Qualia are the subjective experiences belonging to a lone entity, like no other. My first label, Twinqualia, is born from the synchronous qualia of wearer and designer as I nurture an affinity with an audience to share my pieces. Your unique indulgence in my piece and the ethos of my designs are what shapes Twinqualia.

find me waiting there
in the interlude between the foxtrot and waltz
not quite Eden, but something more curious
whereby the dance stranger becomes dreamer
hope the fog never lifts
the air has lost all discretion, here lies the end of ends
your lace dress is mine, and my satin ribbons yours
every limb transposed in symmetry: knees bent in motion
and fingers intertwined
I share every particle with the wind and the wind with you
lie side by side with me
chant incantations to my waking heart
tell me you dream offlute-songs and a desire never to return
let us be girls again
naive to the world drawing circles around us
bejewel my eyes with petals to reimagine
our season in paradise as eternal spring
lucidity pierced by the rhythm

I try to tell you something incommunicable
but you understand
folk of my rib, being after my being
sister, laugh with me even if it's quiet and
barely whistles beyond the leaves
at last, our place of solace
a little lost but a little free
and if we are lucky, we might emerge entwined
somewhere beyond this great, fragile dirt.
